Numbered temperature sensors on your supply vents and return, so we can see which rooms are being starved while everything else runs.
It mounts in your front doorway and gently pulls air through the house. Nothing invasive, nothing damaged, and every hidden gap in your home becomes something we can find and measure.
Within minutes we know exactly how leaky your home is. Not a guess, a measurement. Many Phoenix-area homes were built before local codes required a leak test, so they have never been measured.
With the blower door running, gaps around can lights, plumbing chases, and top plates give themselves away. We note every one worth fixing.

Each check is a measurement or a documented observation, and together they roll up into your Attic Score, a single number for how your attic system is actually performing. The checklist is built on national building-science standards, the same ones behind our BPI Building Analyst - Technician certification.
The report is yours either way.
Your written report includes: your home's leakage number, which rooms run hot and why, photos of what we found in your attic, your Attic Score, and, only if work actually makes sense, a flat quote with the fixes in priority order. The report is yours whether or not you ever hire us.
Why it costs $99.
Measurement is a professional service, and charging for it keeps the visit about measurement instead of a sales pitch. If you move forward with any project, the full $99 credits toward it. And if the audit says your AC is the real problem, we'll tell you that too, and point you to an HVAC company instead of selling you an attic job.

Do I need the audit or the free inspection?
Start with whichever fits. The free inspection is eyes, photos, and a straight opinion. The audit is instruments and a written report. Plenty of people start with the inspection and add the audit during the visit if they want the numbers in writing; the $99 works the same either way.
How long does it take?
About an hour for the testing, and you get the written report the same day.
Will you try to sell me something after?
You'll get a flat quote only if the numbers say work makes sense, with the report in your hands either way.
What if my house passes?
Then you've spent $99 to know your attic isn't the problem, in writing, which usually points at what is.
Does the blower door damage anything?
No. It's a fabric panel and a fan that fits in your doorway, runs for a few minutes at a time, and leaves no trace.
